Immigration

Our new immigration practice primarily serves in the following areas:

1. E-1 Visa (permits individual to work in the U.S. based on a trade/commerce that the individual will be performing in the U.S., provided that such individual is a citizen of a country with which it maintains a treaty with the U.S.)

2. E-2 visa (permits temporary visas to foreign individuals who invest in or start a business based in the U.S.)

3. E-5 visa (permits foreign individuals to obtain a lawful permanent resident status (i.e. green card) in the U.S. by investing a specific amount of capital in a U.S. business and providing employment to at least 10 individuals.)
